We’re excited to share some great news—Will Davis has been promoted to Director of Partner Success at Jupiter Payments!

Will joined our team 2.5 years ago and has truly done it all. From customer support and tech support to sales support and beyond, he’s been a key part of our growth and success. Over the years, Will has worn many hats, always going above and beyond to help our internal team and our partners.

In his new role, Will will continue to lead his team in supporting and training our partners on everything Jupiter Payments—from our systems and processes to our products and services. He’s been instrumental in building strong relationships with our partners through monthly webinars, one-on-one training sessions, and hands-on support. Will’s dedication to making sure our partners are set up for success is unmatched!

But it’s not just Will’s work ethic that makes him stand out. He’s also got an amazing sense of humor and a positive attitude that make him a pleasure to work with. He’s the kind of team player who’s always there to lend a hand, and his leadership style is both approachable and inspiring.
